TicketMaster is the leading platform for ticket retailing. However, this app has faced many problems which factor into its intuitiveness and user experience. This was a group project with my two classmates: Janaiah Mediana and Jessica Yu. During our research, we found out that TicketMaster's main issues were: hidden fees, poor design choices when displaying information, and anxiety-inducing fators when users were purchasing tickets. Our goal for this heuristic evaluation was to make a streamline buying experience where all necessary information is displayed and more useable. This project was part of an Advanced Digital Applications course at San Jose State University (DsGD 132).
